This realisation deepened during consultancy work across manufacturing, fintech, and membership organisations. From implementing SAP systems for manufacturing companies to developing robotic process automation solutions, each project reinforced a fundamental truth: successful transformation requires more than technology—it demands a deep understanding of business processes and stakeholder needs.
